**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
Drive the transformation of business through encouraging and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and process standardisation within Automotive function.
This role will provide the vision and leadership in developing consistent S&OP processes, establishing the governance and performance management for S&OP and developing a strategy for implementation of Integrated Business Planning.
This role will collaborate with regional Commercial, Finance and Supply chain Automotive teams to define and develop action plans to innovate solutions and optimize Brambles’s supply chain in line with our business strategy.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for reviewing and designing S&OP processes in collaboration with commercial, finance and supply chain partners
- Drive the continued development and deployment of S&OP agenda to move Brambles to the next level and to ensure a smooth transition towards IBP
- Ensure research of new technologies and benchmarking against best practices as well as support the implementation of new technologies to leverage IBP processes
- Introduce advanced technologies to support Brambles deliver the results in customer fulfilment, quality, cost, inventory management and safety
- Responsible for development and governance of IBP and demand planning policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders to align on the strategy and to define key metrics and KPIs (e.g. on-time delivery, capacity utilization, working capital, etc.) to set challenging targets for the business based upon planned IBP improvements
- Responsible for designing and implementing an integrated data‐driven planning process as well as capacity modelling and methodology that combines the needs of different functions
- Provide thought leadership and influence change at all levels of the organization

- Bachelor’s degree

- MBA
- APICS certification
Experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in S&OP and IBP
- Proven experience in developing and executing cross-functional IBP processes in forecasting, operations planning or inventory management
- Previous experience leading the implementation of projects in large supply chains
- Well-developed internal and external relationship management and consultative skills as well as the ability to thrive in an energetic, fast paced corporate culture
- Broad experience working cross-functionally to drive business results through strategic approach
- Proven experience in driving change management initiatives
- Experience with ERP and operations planning systems technology
- Experience with S&OP and IBP, demand and inventory planning
Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills, including ability to think creatively and to adapt innovative solutions to challenges
- Decision maker, driven by objectives, solutions and results
- Demonstrated track record of leveraging know-how and solutions across assignments and geographies
- Ability to understand supply chain KPI’s -inventory turnover, production plan to actual, excess and short-dated inventory management, MRP and forecast accuracy
- Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive projects that require cross-functional resources
- Proven expertise in remote management and managing in a matrix experience
