**Job Description**:

- This position can also be based in one of our other locations in Europe -**

We are seeking an **experienced Public Relations Expert **to manage **Infobip’s global communications.** In this role, you will be leading external comms **across Europe, NAM, LATAM, APAC, Africa and MENA**, you will be responsible for coordinating all corporate and global announcements for the business.

You will be working closely with key stakeholders to ensure all communications are aligned with the business’ global strategy.
- Develop a global communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics, which aligns with the wider global marketing plan and business direction.
- Lead all markets to deliver results that position Infobip as the leader in communications as we continue to scale the business.
- Set up regular meetings with markets to align and coordinate external comms activities and ensure the agency network is working productively.
- Responsible for the development of Infobip’s global communications content, including global press releases, financial and corporate updates, and keynote presentations.
- You will write and/or approve media releases and other press materials
- Leverage global existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within global business and industry media.
- Input into global messaging framework, and responsibility to keep this updated and aligned with business priorities.
- Be a trusted advisor on potential reputational challenges and crisis management.
- Responsible for development of company statements and Q&A’s
- Handle the PR response to ‘crisis’ situations.
- Manage global media inquiries and interview requests.
- Working closely with the CSR teams to ensure communications celebrates Infobip’s culture and ESG focus.
- Work with key stakeholders across the business - partner, sales, marketing, developer and startup - to provide PR support for initiatives and ensure priorities are communicated by the right voices.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate global PR results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Brief global spokespeople on communicating with the media.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years’ experience as a communications leader.
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English language.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work with full autonomy and to drive projects.
- Exceptional professional communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork enabling you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
