**Stellenbeschreibung**: At a Glance: As Brand PR Lead EMEA you will play an integral role in extending global campaigns to the EMEA region, managing top tier media relationships and developing and implementing regional PR activations. This is a newly formed role in the EMEA Brand communications team where you will collaborate with Sports Marketing, Copywriters and Social and Influencer marketing leads to shape and grow the On brand in the region. Across all aspects of this team is the pursuit of of compelling stories that resonate on a local level as part of a seamless integrated consumer journey. In close collaboration with the Global and Regional Brand Communications leads you will help us to craft impactful PR strategies that bring our regional priorities to life in earned media. Your Team: At our core, the Brand PR team tells compelling stories about all that On entails across a growing list of channels. If you're bursting with original ideas, a desire to get under the skin of our communities and join the dots across a Global, Regional and Market constellation and have the drive and skills to see them realised, this is the team for you. We sometimes sit at desks, but our inner-explorers mean we are constantly seeking fresh ways to craft and create unique stories. Your Mission:
As Brand PR Lead EMEA you will take charge of the regional PR strategy and roadmap
Closely collaborate with the full EMEA marketing team to ensure PR activities are fully integrated into wider plans
Plan regional stories and messaging around our key initiatives such as product launches, events and sporting moments
Identify new earned media channels that will allow us to communicate with our communities in a meaningful way
Utilising your analytical skills, you will measure the impact of our PR activations and inform future plans
Build lasting relationships with selected top-tier EMEA media and stakeholders
**Your Story**:
You have 5+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role in an in-house PR department or a PR Agency
You have a proven track record in developing and executing impactful consumer PR campaigns from start to finish
You have an eye for what makes a compelling story
You have outstanding verbal and written communication
You have experience of adapting global or regional PR strategies for local markets
You are a digital native and have worked closely with social and influencer teams
You have a strong understanding understanding of active lifestyle culture, performance sports and On's place in it
You excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are interested in movement and wellbeing
Fluent in English and additional fluency in German would be desirable
