**Zweck der Funktion: Bearbeitung eingehender Aufträge und administrative Tätigkeiten**

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Auftragsbearbeitung
- Erstellung kaufmännischer Belege (Rechnung, Lieferschein, Auftragsbestätigung)
- Erstellung von Ursprungszeugnissen und anderen Dokumenten (Bearbeitungsdokumente für Export)
- Monatsabschluss (Dokumentenvollständigkeit, Dokumentenprüfung) inkl. Statistiken
- Nachverfolgung von Ankunftsbestätigungen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Innergemeinschaftliche Handelsstatistik (IntraStat)
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen an Kunden
- Anmeldung Transportversicherung
- Prüfung der Lieferfähigkeit
- Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
- Ausbildung neuer Kollegen

**Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Solide Computerkenntnisse, einschließlich MS Office, Marketing-Software (CRM)
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und soziale Kompetenz
- Kaufmännisches Bewusstsein gepaart mit kreativem Denken

**Responsibilities**:

- Order processing
- Create commercial documents (invoice, delivery note, order confirmation)
- Create certificate of origin and other documents (processing documents for export)
- Month-end closing (document completion, document check) incl. statistics
- Follow-up of confirmation of arrival
- Communication with customers
- Intra-community trade statistics (IntraStat)
- Monitoring delivery dates to customers
- Registration transport insurance
- Checking delivery capability
- Maintenance customer master data
- Training of new colleagues

**Knowledge, skills and competences**:

- Commercial education
- Good English and German language in word and writing
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (CRM)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Communication skills and social competence
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
