The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

The Sales Coordinator EEC role will be the backbone of support. You will help to ensure that the wider team can function seamlessly in their roles. From supporting with the running reports & analysis, to order entry and general administration, you will learn the Sales & Merchandising function from the round-up. Working closely with the Key Account Manager and Sales Director you will support the team in monitoring key KPIs to further build the success of our brands.

A day in the life of a Sales Coordinator Eastern European Countries (m/f/x):

• You will support the administration of the entire order process, from order entry to post-order follow-up
• You will be the interface between sales, customer service, controlling and other teams
• You will actively initiate and lead projects
• You will prepare feedback and presentations for strategy meetings, customer appointments and market feedbacks
• You process incoming order data from key accounts (via EDI)
• You will create business and expansion plans

What do we need from you? You have:

• First work experience in Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, or Omni-Channel
• A hands-on mentality in working with frequently changing tools and software's to translate work resources into efficiency
• Excellent understanding of sales data and analytical skills
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, especially PowerPoint)
• A good command of written and spoken German and English
