Quote Administrator

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quote Administrator to join our Quote and Order Administration department at IDT Leuven, Belgium. **What You'll Do**:
Generate timely and accurate quotes for standard product offerings and handle order placements.
Review orders to spot common issues, clarifying any missing or unclear information.
Use IDT’s CPQ to configure and quote customer requests accurately.
Provide price quotes to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Escalate issues outside your scope using the correct procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
**What You Need**:
Associates/Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other European Language (Dutch, French, German, etc.).
A keen eye for detail and quality with a 'right-first-time' mentality.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
**Bonus Points For**:
Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
Experience with Salesforce.
A background or interest in chemistry/biochemistry.
