**What you'll do**

As a (Senior) UX Designer (f/m/d) in the SAP Build Product Suite team, you will
- Own and drive discovery, design, and rapid iterations of user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to inspire and guide peers by taking initiative, providing constructive feedback, and influencing design decisions across the team.
- Actively partner with user assistance writers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders as one empowered product team, exchanging feedback on interaction design, content, visual aesthetics, usability and technical feasibility.
- Engage with users to gather feedback, perform usability testing, and analyze behavioral data to identify issues and iteratively refine your designs.
- Regularly audit and review the product, report on design inconsistencies, take ownership of accessibility, and proactively address deviations to ensure evolving product standards remain high.
- Proactively implement and advocate for design standards and best practices across the product. Partner with our researchers and bring strategic insights to discussions that shape the product vision and roadmap.

**What you bring**
- Extensive experience in designing complex software products, with a strong focus on user interaction design for enterprise software.
- Exceptional skills in design and prototyping, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and user-centric solutions.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Proven ability to influence design strategies, mentor peers, facilitate design discussions, and foster innovative ideas across teams.
- Ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience in planning and conducting user research, managing rapid design iterations, and using data-driven insights to optimize user experiences.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma), with a strong understanding of design systems and the technical aspects of product development.
- A deep passion for user experience and advocacy, complemented by a leadership mindset that drives continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is desirable.
