**Working Student - Digital Design (M/F/d)**
You help the many people in the Wellster community discover and engage with our medical content through visually compelling designs. As part of the Marketing Team, you will collaborate with content creators and medical experts to translate complex topics into clear, appealing visuals that resonate with both search engines and readers. From article graphics and platform-specific image adaptations to social media templates, your work will make our medical content more accessible, engaging, and impactful for both our team and our customers.
**Your tasks would be...**
- Developing creative visual concepts that align with our medical content and brand guidelines
- Designing engaging images and graphics for medical articles, optimized for different platforms
- Supporting the creation and design of social media content, including templates, graphics, and reels, ensuring brand consistency and compelling visual storytelling
- Preparing final posts and campaign assets, optimizing content for various platforms, and managing rollout across all channels
**You will fit well, when**
- You are currently enrolled in a program related to design, communication, or marketing (e.g., Graphic Design, Media Design, Visual Communication)
- You have basic experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Figma
- You demonstrate a strong eye for design, layout, and maintaining brand consistency
- You show a keen interest in digital marketing, branding, and UI/UX design
- You work in a structured and detail-oriented way
- You have basic skills in video cutting and editing (is a strong plus)
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
