Direkte/r Ansprechpartner/in (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden im Bereich technischer Support
- Eigenverantwortliche Organisation des Bereichs First Level Technical Support
- Problemanalyse, Testen und Installieren von Applikationen und Funktionen beim Kunden
- Vorabnahme, Endabnahme und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen
- Technischer Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Anfragen und Ausschreibungen
- Schulung von Vertrieb, Kunden und Serviceunternehmen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Service
- und Supportprozesse
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und unseren internen Entwicklungs-Teams
- Erstellung von Lösungsvorschlägen in Form von Spezifikationen für neue Anforderungen
- Ausarbeitung von technischen Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung in den Projektarbeiten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektro
- und Informationstechnik, Informatik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ein hohes Maß an Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel und Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
