International Technical Sales Specialist

As an International Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in presenting our innovative solutions to clients in over 50 countries. You will provide technical sales support, drive sales growth, and work closely with our international teams to develop new products and expand the XVET brand in the livestock sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in agricultural or animal health & nutrition businesses, particularly in the monogastric animals, and who thrives in a role that combines technical expertise with sales acumen. You will travel internationally a maximum of 20-25% of the time to build relationships, attend trade fairs, and help shape the future of animal health.

Tasks
  • Provide technical sales support to clients in 50+ countries, focusing on poultry farming and feeding.
  • Use your industry knowledge to meet sales targets and collaborate on the development of new products.
  • Present the XVET brand at seminars, conferences, and international trade fairs.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with a friendly, international team to ensure excellence in customer service and product innovation.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Zootechnics, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science or Biology.
  • Solid knowledge of the poultry & swine industries; familiarity with other species is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is a bonus for effective communication within our international team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or technical sales within the animal health or agriculture sector is a plus.
  • A willingness to travel internationally (20-25% of the time).
