**YOUR ROLE**

Relayr is on a journey of growth and transformation. Every day, we are becoming more and more efficient and customer-focused with an emphasis on delivering value for customers, stakeholders, and most importantly, our people. As we enter this next phase of our journey, it’s important for us to narrow in on our key objectives, emphasize execution, champion cultural change, and facilitate transformation across the entirety of our enterprise.

For this role, we’re looking for a passionate, analytical, innovative, leader who can support this key focus of relayr’s Transformation. This role will have you work across our company. This role requires someone who is highly empathetic and able to connect with people, understand their perspectives, and look to hear before being heard.

**YOUR TEAM**

You will be working in our Strategy & Transformation Department reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Transformation. Due to the significance of the role in shaping and executing our vision forward, this role will also work closely and directly with our Chief Executive Officer.

**WHAT TRANSFORMATION MEANS AT RELAYR**:

- Transformation is at the forefront of championing change at relayr. This function will work with every part of our organization as well as our partners.

Typical responsibilities include**:

- Digging into the details of the end-to-end relayr business and building a baseline for the organization
- Working with your peers and leadership to define, set, measure, and manage against a set of transformation goals and priorities; leading with facts, numbers, and KPIs
- Acting as a champion for change by leading with example and persistent, effective communication
- Create standard systems and processes to drive change across the organization
- Reporting to the organization and executive leadership team about the progress and effectiveness of our overall transformation efforts
- Provide recommendations on the structure and set-up of the Transformation Team and manage the Team’s budget as it grows

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

Requirements include the following**:

- Strong people-first leadership and management experience with cross-functional, matrixed, and diverse teams
- Ability to understand cross-functional issues that face our type of business as it scales
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with the most senior parts of our organization
- Ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses
- At least 7 years of professional experience in similar roles in transformation, strategy, business planning, management consulting, or other related functions and roles
- The passion and resilience to move forward as obstacles arise in our transformation

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Experience working with industrial companies and/or in the field of Industrial IoT
- Practical experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
- Practical experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a STEM and/or Business field
