**Role overview**:

- Strategic Management: Lead the overall direction of our customer-oriented post-purchase processes, ensuring an exceptional limango customer experience at every relevant touchpoint.
Division Management and Employee Leadership: Your expertise in personnel development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement creates a well-coordinated working atmosphere enabling successful results.
Ensuring customer service-specific KPIs: such as service level, quality and productivity
Process Innovation: Drive the optimization and automation of post-purchase processes, leveraging AI and other technologies for efficiency and enhanced customer engagement.
Customer Journey Optimization: Innovate and refine the post-purchase experience to increase customer loyalty and overall satisfaction (NPS).
Communication Strategy: Oversee and improve our post-purchase customer communication methods and channels.

**Your Profile**:
Completed studies in the field of business administration or a similar specialization.
Several years of professional experience in a demanding managerial position.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
Enthusiasm for structured, goal-oriented, and independent work in international teams and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Data-driven mindset that uses qualitative and quantitative data in the decision process.
Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
Readiness to travel.
