search and acquisition process
but also step in as
Managing Director & Co-Shareholder
post-acquisition, leading the company's next phase of growth.

Role Overview

As a
Managing Director & Co-Shareholder
, you will:

  • Lead the search for acquisition targets
    within our focus industries.
  • Evaluate and execute acquisitions
    , conducting commercial and operational due diligence.
  • Transition into the Managing Director role
    post-acquisition, taking full responsibility for strategy, operations, and value creation.
  • Hold a significant equity stake
    alongside us, ensuring alignment of interests.
  • Drive transformation and growth
    , leveraging your leadership, industry expertise, and operational insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Academic Background
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field

  • MS/PhD in Engineering/Sciences is a
    plus

  • MBA from a leading business school is a
    plus
    .
  • Professional Experience
  • 3 – 6 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
    (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) with a minimum level of
    Engagement Manager
    .
  • 2 – 4 years of industry experience
    in a leadership or operational role within mid-tech, industrials, or related sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Strong interest in
    Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition
    .
  • Proven ability to lead, take initiative, and drive value creation in a hands-on manner.
