With strong knowledge in finance and tech product building, we want to fight inequality in investing by creating a new kind of investment club for digital natives.
**Job Description**:
- As Head of Growth (M/F/d) you will be mainly responsible to keep an overview together with our founders as well as the other team leads
- You will provide the expertise across platform capabilities, marketing strategy and analytics to Advertisers
- You facilitate hand-in-hand collaboration between growth, product, engineering, marketing and data to align on the vision and the execution
- You will manage the entire sales cycle from outbound/inbound sales efforts to deal closure for our portfolio of prospects
- You identify, develop and prospect new leads
- You designing strategies to expand client relationships
- You take over the strategic and operational leadership of our marketing
- You develop, continuously optimize, and iterate the marketing roadmap along the customer funnel covering brand awareness, organic and paid traffic generation, and conversion optimization
**Qualifications**:
- You have studied in the field of banking and/or finance or similar studies and gained around 5 years of work experience in banking, finance, fin tech or related areas
- You have proven experience managing Growth, Revenue or Marketing stakeholders
- Our next Head of Growth is a quick learner and can help the organization to develop processes and tools to optimize financing and asset management processes
- A hands-on mentality is essential in this role as you will be working on complex & challenging, as well as more operational tasks together with your team
- You are an experienced Excel user, have worked with SEO/ social media marketing tools and have strong communication skills both German and English
- An interest in lifestyle, design, digitalization, trends and entrepreneurship would make our next Head of Growth the perfect fit
