Summary For the “F&C Customer Services EF Program” we are looking for a “Finance Business Partner / Teamlead for Customer Services (f/m/d)” at the Ulm location as soon as possible. The “F&C Customer Services” department is responsible, among other things, for the complete commercial support of Customer Services including Eurofighter and is therefore the business partner for the department at all levels. Your Tasks- Technical team leader of the Finance Business Partner at HFPS1 for the Customer Services Eurofighter Program- Comprehensive commercial support in the context of national and international projects / major projects / consortium projects- Commercial contact person (Finance Business Partner) for project managers and close coordination with the project core team (PMO, Contract Manager, Sourcing) and supporting departments (Controlling, Accounting, Price Verification)- Leading customer meetings and negotiating the commercial parts of the contract; in particular negotiating upcoming major EF projects with the customer and subcontractors- Leading consortium meetings and negotiating the commercial parts of contracts- Responsible for project controlling, including cost-to-completion/EAC analyses, target/actual comparisons, preparation of scenario analyses, development of proposals and initiation of measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow- Responsible for proper commercial project management with a focus on cost optimization, payment, claim/waiver, opportunity and risk management- Accounting and receivables management, as well as cash management including reporting- Checking the accounting correctness of all postings with regard to IFRS15 and HGB, as well as price verification and auditing issues- Participation in the preparation of planning (operational planning, forecasts, scenarios, capacity utilization planning) and reporting, as well as support with monthly and annual financial statements- Contributing to operational reporting within the scope of the area of responsibility- Preparation of forecasts and business plans- Carrying out ad-hoc analyses for the managers of the division Your Profile- Degree in business administration, MBA, industrial engineering or similar- Extensive experience in finance, as well as several years of experience in project management- Experience in the commercial sector advantageous- In-depth knowledge of German pricing law / IFRS advantageous- Confident in using MS Office and SAP (SD/PS)- Analytical, flexible and proactive way of working- Intercultural skills and very good communication skills, as well as assertiveness and self-confident demeanor- Business fluent in German and English Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
