The transition to e-mobility is accelerating and we’re hiring for a Head of Sales to lead our sales teams in the DACH region as we embark on a period of strong growth and transformation of the e-mobility landscape.

- Drive, develop, and coach the team to deliver the best result for us and our customers
- Increase market share by identifying, developing, and embedding effective partnerships and opportunities

- Formulate a clear plan to achieve the below-mentioned goals. The tactical plan will be based on the Shell Recharge Strategy. This plan will cover:
- Market survey of the assigned market
- Creation and maintaining of the commercial policy
- Translation of the Regional marketing plan to the local needs (optimising local implementation in close cooperation with the central marketing team)
- Defining and adopting a clear CRM strategy for existing customers
- A focused plan to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Implementation of the joint market approach with Shell as well as the OEM & Lease companies
- Act as coach and team builder for the team, using the Shell Recharge leadership principles (DNA) ensuring our employees are reaching their potential and are happy, motivated, and engaged
- Simplify processes and procedures to maximise efficiency
