**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Bürokauffrau (m/w/d), Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen (insbesondere Excel)
- Kenntnisse in einem CRM oder ERP System sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erst-Wohnsitz in Deutschland

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Koordination und Begleitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte
- Erstellung von Verträgen, Präsentationen und Reports
- Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Unterstützung aller anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben
