- und Mobilitätsindustrie verändert sich grundlegend. Wir sehen das als Chance. horyzn ist eine junge Boutique-Beratung für digitale und datengetriebene Innovation & Transformation von Marketing, Vertrieb und Service.

Dabei machen wir einiges anders, als die etablierten Player. Gegründet während der Corona-Pandemie, gehört Remote Work zu unserer DNA. Genauso wie Lean Startup, ein progressives Mindset und der Mut, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und Neues zu denken.

Aufgaben

⭐️ Deine Mission
- Du unterstützt als aktiver Teil unseres Beratungsteams bei strategischen und operativen Beratungsprojekten mit dem fachlichen Fokus auf Künstliche Intelligenz
- Du erarbeitest Konzepte für AI Use-Cases, insbesondere im Bereich Automotive und Mobility
- Du scoutest relevante Tools, Trends und Entwicklungen und überträgst diese auf unser Beratungsumfeld
- Du bewertest fachliche Ideen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit und erarbeitest das Solution Design
- Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung und Veröffentlichung von Studien und weiteren Veröffentlichungen

Qualifikation

‍ Dein Profil
- Du hast ein Hochschulstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, optimaler Weise bereits mit Berührungspunkten zum Thema AI
- Du bist fachlicher Experte für Themen rund um künstliche Intelligenz
- Du hast eine Affinität für digitale Themen und Trends sowie den Automobil
- und Mobility Sektor
- Du hast den Drive und die Motivation unsere AI Aktivitäten proaktiv zu entwickeln und einen Beitrag zu leisten, unser Startup zu etablieren und erfolgreich zu machen
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für relevante Software und Tools
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Identifikation von relevanten Use Cases

Von Vorteil
- Du schreckst auch vor technischen Fragestellungen nicht zurück und beherrscht die ein oder andere relevante Programmiersprache wie Python oder R
- Du hast Erfahrung mit den Themen Robotic Process Automation (RPA) und Process Mining und Tools wie Celonis, ARIS oder UiPath
- Du fühlst Dich wohl damit, dauerhaft in einem Remote-Setting zu arbeiten
- Du bist geschickt in der Visualisierung von Konzepten und geübt im Umgang mit PowerPoint
- Du hast eine freundliche und gewinnende Persönlichkeit sowie eine überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strategische Denkweise sowie Selbstständigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Dich selbst zu motivieren und zu organisieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
