**About us**:
**Your mission**:
As an AI Upskilling Specialist, you will be a part of the Capabilities Team, working to develop our Learner Path product to serve our customers’ upskilling needs.

You will work with the team to develop comprehensive training programs centered around AI skills. These programs should follow a logical flow, follow the highest standards in educational development theory, and be designed with a ‘customer-first’ perspective.

We support our partner companies with a full and cohesive curricula targeting key areas in the field of AI - including Generative AI and Trustworthy AI. Together with the Capabilities Team, and other teams in appliedAI, you will support the building and continuous improvement of our training content and frameworks.

Within our accomplished team, you will contribute your strengths to the following tasks:

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and how our products and fulfil them.
- Evaluating educational resources from multiple sources and synthesizing them into cohesive products.
- Working with the team to develop new training products in key areas.
- Support the scaling of appliedAIs training and educational program to all of Germany and beyond

**Your profile**:

- Knowledge and understanding of AI - either technical or in business.
- Experience designing or analyzing curricula for B2B training programs
- A good grasp of concepts and trends in corporate learning and skill development
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn new things
- Fluency in written and spoken English required. Knowledge of German is desirable.
