Deine Mission

Als Founder's Associate – Organizational Growth arbeitest du eng mit unserem Chief of Staff, CEO sowie dem Führungsteam zusammen und trägst eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation. Du verantwortest Projekte rund um Talent Acquisition & Organizational Growth, mit dem Ziel, unser Unternehmen kulturell und strukturell skalierbar aufzustellen. Die Rolle bietet dir die Möglichkeit, mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung unsere Organisationsentwicklung maßgeblich mitzugestalten.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Du setzt end-to-end Recruitingprozesse um – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Onboarding
  • Du treibst die aktive Suche nach den besten Talenten mit Hilfe innovativer Methoden und Tools voran
  • Du entwickelst Organizational Growth Prozesse & Tools weiter und setzt diese in der Praxis um (z. B. für Onboarding, Performance Management, interne Kommunikation)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Chief of Staff und Führungsteam zusammen, um Teamaufbau und Organisationsdesign strategisch sowie operativ zu unterstützen
  • Du unterstützt bei kulturellen und firmenweiten Initiativen & Events
  • Du übernimmst operative Sonderprojekte direkt mit dem Chief of Staff oder CEO – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
Dein Profil
  • Du hast bereits mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Startups oder Scale-ups in operativen Rollen – z. B. als Founder's Associate, im People, Operations oder Organizational Growth
  • Du willst Dinge nicht nur planen, sondern umsetzen – strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Du bringst ein unternehmerisches Mindset mit, hast idealerweise selbst gegründet oder möchtest in Zukunft gründen
  • Du hast Spaß an operativer Arbeit und fühlst dich im Hands-on-Umfeld wohl
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
