- Mindestens 1 Monat Berufserfahrung in einem Sport
- oder Modeeinzelhandelsunternehmen.
- Kenntnisse der KPIs in den Filialen und der Tools, um diese zu interpretieren und den Umsatz zu steigern.
- Effektive Fähigkeiten im Bereich Kundenservice und Verkauf.
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Wissbegierde und Neugier.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.
