We are currently building our team and now searching for

**Assistant - International Affairs (M/F/d)** **-100% Remote**

**Your daily tasks**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal staff, ensuring effective communication.
- Assist in the organization of meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
- Utilize MS Office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or secretarial role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - German is a plus.
- Strong customer and business orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a structured manner.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
