We are currently building our team and now searching for
**Junior Marketing Lead (M/F/d)** **-100% Remote**
**Your daily tasks**:
- **Team Coordination**:
- Coordinate and guide the projects and tasks Graphic Design, Video, Content, and Web Design teams, ensuring each team member understands their role and responsibilities.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure that each division’s output meets project goals and timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the teams and upper management, providing updates on progress and addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices across the divisions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- **Project Management**:
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring that assets from each division (graphics, video, content, web) are aligned and delivered on time.
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing initiatives and translate them into clear action plans for each division.
Monitor project progress and provide feedback to teams, helping to refine creative assets to meet brand standards and objectives.
- **Creative Oversight**:
- Ensure that all deliverables, whether visual (graphic, video), written (content), or digital (web design), are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and voice.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on designs, videos, written content, and web layouts, ensuring a high level of quality across all assets.
Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm new marketing ideas and campaigns, ensuring innovation while maintaining brand integrity.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns and projects across divisions, providing actionable insights and reports to the Senior Management.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **5+** years of experience in a marketing, digital, or creative role, preferably with project management experience.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of graphic design, video production, content marketing, and web design.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and team management skills, with the ability to give clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Must have knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO, social media, and website optimization.
