Be our Storyteller as an **Employee Branding Specialist **at GoStudent Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for shaping narratives and creating compelling employer branding content that enhance our positive perception as employer? At GoStudent, we're on the lookout for a driven, enthusiastic Employee Branding Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in defining and promoting our unique, vibrant employer brand.

**The role in a snapshot**

You'll have the unique possibility to be part of the initial development of our Employer Value Proposition, collaborating closely with the Senior Employer Branding and Internal Communications Manager to craft and roll out our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). As the Employee Branding Specialist, you will also be supporting the development and implementation of strategies that elevate GoStudent's reputation across diverse channels. Including the creation of authentic and compelling content for news flashes, careers websites, social media, job portals, and recruitment materials.

**Your Role in Our Journey**
- **EVP Development project**:

- **Shape Our Story**: support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance our employer brand, working closely with the Senior Employer Branding and Internal Communications Manager.
- **Craft Compelling Content**:Create authentic and captivating employer branding content across diverse channels, including news flashes, careers websites, social media, job portals, and recruitment materials.
- **Navigate the Social Landscape**:Continuously review, respond, and enhance our presence on social platforms such as Glassdoor, Kununu, LinkedIn, Instagram, ensuring a positive and engaging online presence.
- **Promote Culture and Values**: Support target-group specific content and campaigns that highlight our culture and values, contributing to employee advocacy, alumni initiatives, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging projects.
- **Fuel Internal Engagement**:Contribute to our events and play a key role in developing business-critical internal communications campaigns, aligning employees with business goals, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- **Drive Change and Innovation**: Support the Senior Employer Branding & Internal Communications Manager in selected internalcommunications to engage our talents and promote a positive culture

**What will help you to make an impact**
- **Strategic Storyteller**:Leverage your Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field to craft compelling and engaging narratives that resonate with targeted audiences.
- **Branding Maestro**:Bring your proven experience (minimum 2 years) in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into effective employer branding strategies.
- **Analytical Innovator**:Possess an analytical mindset, interpreting data to fine-tune strategies, ensuring your initiatives are not only creative but also data-driven and impactful.
- **Communication Virtuoso**:Utilize your prior experience in internal communications or Social Media Content Creation to contribute to the development of impactful internal communications campaigns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- **Digital Savvy**:Leverage your familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape, ensuring GoStudent's online presence remains dynamic and engaging.
- **Multilingual Mastery**:Showcase your strong writing skills in English, with the added advantage of proficiency in German, enhancing your ability to connect with a broader and more diverse workforce.
