Employee Relations Specialist

**About the team**:
You will join a highly motivated and collaborative global Employee Relations and Performance Management team who build and drive Miro's philosophy, guidelines and practices for handling all employee-related matters and performance management.

**About the role**:
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be working closely with our ER Managers to support processes and initiatives that ensure trusting and productive relationships, strong performance management and accountability aligned with our culture and values at an organization, team and individual level.

**What you'll do**:

- Build resources and training materials related to topics such as performance and leave of absence
- Handle data requests from ER Managers, People Business Partners and business leaders
- Share ideas and implement solutions to streamline our ER processes and workflows
- Own our internal Confluence pages, crafting new content and ensuring existing content is up to date and clear
- Support ER Managers when needed during internal investigations and performance management cases
- Responsible for the accurate reporting of leave of absences, including sick leaves
- Answer questions and requests from Mironeers
- Support initiatives and processes related to supporting the health and wellbeing of Mironeers
- Prepare documentation, draft agreements and maintain employee records
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives
- Be an advocate for ER, helping to educate the wider team on the goals and priorities of the function

**What you'll need**:

- 2+ years of experience in the same/similar area of responsibility
- Proven track record of building good relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage complex, confidential information across multiple systems and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with a curious mind, positive attitude and can-do mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability in a constantly evolving environment
- Proficiency in English required - Dutch, German or French language is a plus
