sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for an Employer Branding Manager to join our global marketing and communications team. The role is based out of the Berlin office and will report to the senior manager, brand & communications. Do you want to help us shape the future of the logistics industry?

ABOUT THE ROLE

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Develop and drive the employer brand content strategy, ensuring alignment with the recruitment plan and overall business strategy
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE...
- Experienced in creating a branding and content strategy to scale across multiple locations.
- Extremely collaborative across all levels with great stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable with being an expert and advising the business on best practices.
- A great writer and editor in native-level English.
- An excellent communicator and storyteller.
- Experienced in producing a diverse range of content formats such as blog posts, technical articles, video and creative briefs, one-pagers, presentations, tutorials, and website and social media copywriting.
- Both creative and analytical in your approach with knowledge of SEO, paid social ads, and/or other performance marketing disciplines.
