Employee Relations Lead, Pxt Corporate Employee

We are looking for a Principal Employee Relations lead with a passion for foresting positive employee relations by promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration with management and employees. Your role: Principal Employee Relations. Employee engagement and satisfaction within our organization is at the heart of everything we do. We care about our employees so that they can care about our customers. In this senior strategic role, you will have ownership for ensuring that our relationship with our employees and works council in Germany are respectful, constructive, and rewarding.
You will be providing guidance to senior leadership team when developing and implementing a constructive and detailed framework for our employees to foster a positive and engaging relationship. You will partner with key stakeholders that include senior HR leadership, the legal department, PR and Internal Comms. Your expertise in German labor laws and labor relations framework and practices, combined with strong communications and negation skills, will be instrumental.
An academic degree, law degree preferred and/or MBA
