To catapult our operation efforts to the next level, we need your help

Tasks

As Head of Operations, I make sure that
- mute-labs as an organization is optimized from end-to-end, with the organization (people & structure), systems and processes being in sync
- we optimize the sourcing of our products from end to end. This starts by onboarding and managing new production partners, to optimizing the buying of raw materials to guarantee best prices across suppliers
- we optimize our inventory and production planning to have the perfect balance between fast delivery (14 days across Europe) and capital efficiency
- we have a high service quality standard at a reasonable cost
- we have a high product quality standard and low return & repair rates
- we have a customer-centric product development process and make sure we have all relevant certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
- we have a scalable logistics and assembly setup across Europe that allows us to deliver faster and with better customer experience than our competitors
- we have complete transparency over our inventory, as well as our logistics-, production
- and customer service costs

**Requirements**:

- you have several years of experience in similar operational roles
- you have experience in the management of different teams
- you always seek the best solution possible
- You like to work independently and self-organized
- Fluency in German & English is a must
