**About the Role**:
Blacklane is redefining global chauffeur services, enabling seamless, high-end ground transportation for business clients and premium travelers worldwide. As our Head of Sales Operations & Enablement, you won't just support the sales team, you'll architect the systems, processes, and tools that allow our B2B sales organization to scale efficiently across continents.
You'll partner with regional CEOs, local sales teams, and cross-functional colleagues in Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations, Data and Legal to ensure our sales motion is smooth, data-driven and consistently successful. From shaping commercial strategies to implementing practical playbooks, your work will directly impact revenue growth and our ability to win and retain enterprise clients globally.
**What You'll Own**
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Collaborate with regional leaders to design actionable, market-specific sales strategies that align with global growth goals.
- Planning & Forecasting: Drive accurate, global sales planning and forecasting; ensure regional plans connect to our overall revenue targets.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate sales metrics into strategic recommendations that guide leadership decisions and improve team performance.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Develop training programs, playbooks, and content that help sales teams onboard partners faster and sell more effectively.
- Infrastructure & Tools: Lead CRM (Salesforce) and sales automation initiatives, streamlining workflows and reducing manual work.
- Growth Enablement: Support teams on bids, RFPs and partner integrations, removing friction and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing Sales Ops & Enablement team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and impact.
**What Success Looks Like**
- 3 Months: Strong cross-regional relationships established; quick wins delivered in reporting and enablement.
- 6 Months: Ownership of global sales planning, forecasting, and enablement programs; measurable improvement in sales efficiency and productivity.
- 12 Months: Sales Ops & Enablement is recognized across Blacklane as a trusted partner driving scalable, global revenue growth.
**About You**
- 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement in a global B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
- Proven experience building and leading teams that deliver tangible business impact.
- Strong analytical thinker who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Deep expertise in sales enablement platforms, and reporting tools.
- Skilled at designing sales processes, incentive plans, and onboarding programs that scale.
- Exceptional communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
- Experience with RFPs, bids, or partner integrations is highly valued.
- Thrives in a multicultural environment, balancing global consistency with local flexibility.
