Your Mission

As Head of Product Strategy and Ops (Whitelabel), you will be responsible for leading byrd’s Whitelabel project from its inception to a successful launch and then scale. You will be the main person responsible for the success of the Whitelabel project, playing a vital role in determining its vision and strategy, working closely with other departments, and ensuring alignment with the company vision and goals. It is a rare opportunity to own a product end-to-end and have impact on both the commercial and the product side. You will report directly to our VP Product, and will be a key member of the product team.

Tasks

**This is what you will do**:

- Own the Whitelabel project from its inception to a successful launch and then scale
- Determine the vision and strategy of the Whitelabel project
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure stellar execution
- Manage dependencies, priorities, and achieve alignment
- Lead the Whitelabel project operations, cooperate with internal tech teams, and the customer-facing teams
- Create a go-to-market as well as pricing strategy
- Actively evangelize the Whitelabel project internally and externally

**Requirements**:
**You have the following skills & abilities**:

- 5+ years of experience in Strategy and Ops roles, with previous background as a product manager/lead, or program manager. Background as GM or founder would also be considered.
- Proven track record of building successful customer-facing B2B products from 0 to 1, used by thousands of users
- Experience working with product teams
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members to deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex project roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to articulate complicated issues in a manner that others can understand
- Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting lines
- Proactive, independent decision making
- Team player and openness to feedback
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Experience in creating go-to-market and pricing strategies is a big plus
- Partnership or business development experience is a plus
