- Continuously develop the global CF A learning & development strategy in close cooperation with the CF A leadership team and direct global career events.
- Be responsible for the identification, design, implementation, administration, and coordination of innovative cutting-edge training courses and learning methods - whether in words or through visualization; with internal trainers, external training providers or learning networks.
- Create an environment to support CF A’s purpose, vision & mission in which growth can happen, where innovation is embraced and where people feel connected.
- Support the Siemens Growth Talks processes and work on global CF A grow & development concepts (e.g. onboarding, mentoring, etc.).
- Serve as a trusted advisor for the CF A leadership team in their local execution of global learning & development activities and ensure continuous alignment of the CF A learning portfolio and offers globally.
- Support to enhance concepts, strategies and foster an agile mindset across the assurance practices by coaching, guiding, training and challenging teams based on agile principles.
- Ad-hoc assignments on a whole variety of topics with different levels of complexity and the expectation that you participate in one Audit engagement once a year ensure that you will support us to challenge and improve existing processes.
**What you need to make real what matters.**
- At least 3+ years of professional experience within Siemens, in a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm or in other relevant international consulting companies or knowledge-based industries.
- Master (or equivalent) degree with above-average academic results (preferably in business or psychology).
- Proven track record in the area of leadership training development, project management and performance & development concepts (e.g. promotions, onboarding, mentoring).
- Understanding of the Siemens performance management process and incentive systems.
- Good understanding of training and certification processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player with a passion for lifelong learning.
- Experience and comfort in working across cultures with clients around the globe.
- Fluent in English and German and flexibility to travel internationally as well as to live our work-remotely culture.
