**Education Designer* (f/m/d) E-Learning for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)**

**Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.**

**This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will analyze global learning requirements for medical imaging products (mainly for MRI) and define asynchronous online training strategies for our customers
- You exploit the possibilities of e-learning tools and formats, and tailor offerings to global customers’ needs
- You are responsible for time, budget and quality of the content creation projects
- You will provide the project structure and manage all project stakeholders focusing on output and deadlines
- You will ensure an effective and proactive communication with project stakeholders and managers
- You will be responsible for writing training content in English and for conducting online training using Articulate Storyline
- You will contribute to continuous improvement of the learning experience for customers as well as of our tools and processes

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- We also look forward to receiving applicants with a bachelor's degree or completed vocational training as a radiology technologist (for MRI) and further education in combination with additional professional experience into the direction of education or technical/medical writing or project management
- Experience with Siemens Healthineers MRI systems would be considered a plus
- You have also ideally experience in project management tasks
- Moreover you ideally have experience in creating e-learning content, e.g., using Articulate Storyline and video design and production
