**Then come and join our global team as **Learning & Development Technology and Operations Specialist (f/m/d) to support the implementation of large-scale global Learning & Development (L&D) projects and activities.**:

**Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You support a learning culture that will empower and leverage a collaborative team
- You support ensuring compliance with GDPR and DP regulations
- You support sourcing and maintaining vendor relations with vendors providing learning solutions
- You provide necessary program and technology communications to a diverse audience
- You represent out team within project workstreams towards multiple stakeholders
- You develop strong relationships across Siemens Healthineers (e.g., with other L&D workstreams, PO teams, IT)
- You serve on teams and committees that relate to Learning & Development

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You hold a university degree, preferably in human resources, organizational development/organizational effectiveness (ODIOE) or in a related field
- You can offer several years of professional experience in the field of Learning & Development, HR technology or HR services in a global company
- You have at least 2 years of experience in managing the operational components of a learning HR organization
- You maintain a broad understanding of learning technology with focus on learning reporting and analytics
- You experience supporting organizational projects and incorporating change principles to successful meet goals and customer needs
- Ideally, you are familiar with internal structures and processes of Siemens (Healthineers) and you have very good knowledge of the relevant guidelines at Siemens (Healthineers)
