The Ardoq Platform Specialist will be primarily responsible for the operation, customization, and configuration of the Ardoq enterprise architecture tool within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the Ardoq system, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and an ability to translate stakeholder requests into actionable improvements in the platform.
The Ardoq Platform Specialist role is essential for the successful implementation and operation of the Ardoq system in the organization, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
**Job Description**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Ardoq system.
- Deep understanding and expertise of the Ardoq tool to ensure optimal usage and performance in the organization.
- Configuring and customizing the Ardoq platform based on collected requests from various stakeholders, ensuring it aligns with the needs of the organization.
- Train and guide staff in understanding and leveraging the Ardoq system.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Ardoq platform.
- Regularly liaise with stakeholders, gathering and implementing their feedback to optimize the use of the Ardoq system.
- Regularly review the system to identify opportunities for improvement, increased efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure the platform supports the overarching IT and business strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Ardoq, implementing relevant ones into the organization's system.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience with the Ardoq system, preferably in an enterprise setting.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees or certifications related to Enterprise Architecture or the Ardoq system would be a plus.
