Für den Deutschen Standort, sucht ein internationaler Österreichischer Cateringanbieter, nach einer/einem erfahrene\*n Application Platform Lead / ERP Expert\*in, der/die sich besonders gut mit MS-Dynamics auskennt. Die Person spielt eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Nutzung bestehender und neuer digitaler Technologien zur Prozessverbesserung und zur Steigerung der Geschäftseffizienz in Deutschland.

Deine Aufgaben im Team
- Analyse der bestehenden ERP & CRM Systemen um sicherzustellen, dass die bereitgestellten Plattformen zweckdienlich sind und den Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen
- Proaktive Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten für Plattformverbesserungen und Migrationen, um sicherzustellen, dass diese die Geschäfts-KPIs und Kundenstandards unterstützen
- Sicherstellen, dass Datenmodelle gepflegt und Datenbestände effektiv verwaltet werden
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rest des globalen IT-Teams bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von Fahrplänen
- Aufbau eines robusten Super-User-Netzwerks als erste Anlaufstelle für den Anwendungssupport

Unsere Erwartungen an Dich
- Einschlägige betriebswirtschaftliche oder technologische Qualifikationen, ggf. einschließlich Zertifizierung in Kernplattformen, z. B. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SQL, Delegate, MS Access, usw.
- Managementfähigkeiten - einschließlich Teamführung, Bewertung von Optionen, Präsentation von Investitionsfällen und Verwaltung der Gesamtbetriebskosten
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse über neue digitale Technologien & Fähigkeit in einer Matrixorganisation zu arbeiten
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Anwendungsentwicklung und im Support für On-Prem
- und Cloud-Plattformen, einschließlich Datenbankmanagement
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch. und Englisch Kenntnisse Wort und Schrift
