Werden Sie Teil eines Teams von Spezialisten, die mit ihrer Arbeit den Betrieb hochkomplexer Client Umgebungen am Flughafen Frankfurt gewährleisten.

Wir suchen Mitarbeiter im First und Second Level Support, gerne ab sofort.

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer, IT Systemkaufmann, IT Systemelektroniker, Servicetechniker IT, Informationselektroniker oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung im Second Level Support hinsichtlich Fehlerbeseitigung an Hard
- und Software
- Kenntnisse im Support von Windows Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Client Applikationen: Windows 10, MS Office, Office 365
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Servicekonzepten und etablierten Prozessen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Zuweisung von Rechten und Richtlinien der Benutzer
- und Gruppenverwaltung, sowie der Softwarenutzung: Active Directory, Softwareverteilung, Patchmanagement, Antivirus, etc.
- 1st und 2nd Level Support, remote als auch vor Ort, bei Kundenanfragen zu IT-Systemen vor Ort
- Installation und Entstörung sowie Auslieferung von IT-Hardware
- toolgestützte Bearbeitung von Servicerequests und Incidents
- Entstörung von IT-Services an Hard
- und Software im Client Support unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen SLAs
