**Job Description**:
**Associate: Deployment Tiger Team**

Deployment Tiger team associate will work within a small tactical unit under the Team Lead to ensure al the assigned responsibilities with respect to the in-market deployment are carried out as per the plan.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build an in-depth understanding & appreciation of NielsenIQ Tools & Products
- Familiarized self with the Discover Platform and all the features & functionalities of the platform (Get Certified through the internal training programme)
- Carry out the specific assigned tasks around
- Internal as well as External Engagement & Coordination with respect to client specific deployment,
- Preparation work for Client Engagement,
- Localize standard toolkit / material to meet the Market / Client Context.
- Support Team-Lead in delivering the Client Specific Change Management material that enables understanding & adoption of the NIQ Discover platform.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate (Bachelor/Master) of Marketing, Economics or related field, or technical/engineering studies delivered in English
- 4+ Year in CPG industry in a Data / Insights related Role (either Agency & Client Side)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Tools - especially PowerPoint & Excel
- Great eye for detail & Passion for perfection
- Clear Communication skills and ability to present across stakeholders within Client’s organization
- Proactive, Flexible, and self-motivated attitude
- Good time
- and workload management & Coordination skills in a complex multi-functional organization.
- Fluent communication in English - verbal and written
- Experience in working in a virtual environment and in a multicultural setting
