We are looking for a new colleague to join our Examination Office Team in Potsdam on a full-time basis /40 hour a week as soon as possible, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.

**Position**:
We are looking for an immediate vacancy at one of our UE locations in Berlin und Potsdam for Senior Advisor Examinations (M/F/d) Full-time (40h/week). The cross-site team of the UE Service Center takes care of all matters concerning the students. It is led by a total of 2 Senior Advisors, who are responsible for the areas of International Affairs, Career & Student Experience, Scheduling & CampusNet and Examinations. The two Senior Advisors report to the Chancellor of the University and work closely with the respective Campus Managers of the location.

The UE Service Center is also the interface to the faculties of Business and Art & Design. Our common mission is to reliably guide each and every student through their studies and to contribute to the future professional success of our graduates.

**Your responsibilities as Senior Advisor Examinations**:

- Technical management of the Expert* Examinations
- Coordination of exam planning
- Coordination in the context of the digitization of exams
- Further development of the examination software
- Creation and revision of examination regulations
- Reporting of examination results
- Ensuring compliance with or optimization of processes
- Controlling and ensuring service quality
- Interface management within the enrollment process between Admission and Student Service
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels in the department and training schedules are in place
- Completed university studies

**Requirements**:

- Several years of administrative experience in Higher Education
- Experience in working with student management systems or similar systems
- Very good knowledge of German & English, both written and spoken
- Independent working style and team spirit
- Cross-functional as well as service-, process-oriented and analytical thinking
- Sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive thinking and agility complete your profile
