**Dein Aufgabenbereich**:
**Strategisch & operativ**- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Strategieentwicklung und Umsetzung- Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Projekten und Initiativen- Erstellung von Analysen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen- Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Führungskräften und Abteilungen

**Organisation & Prozesse**- Planung und Moderation von Management-Meetings und Workshops- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Beschlüssen und Prioritäten- Koordination und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Entlastung der Führungsebene- Organisation von Offsites, Strategieworkshops und wichtigen Events

**Kommunikation & Stakeholder-Management**- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder- Aufbereitung von Kommunikationsinhalten für Geschäftsführung und Gremien- Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses

**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Verwaltung, Fremdsprachen oder vergleichbar)- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Strategie, Projektmanagement oder Beratung- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise- Exzellente Kommunikations
- und Präsentationskompetenz in **Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau)**- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Diskretion und Loyalität im Umgang mit sensiblen Themen- Belastbar, flexibel und organisationsstark, mit Freude an dynamischen Aufgabenfeldern- Sicher im Umgang mit modernen Tools und Methoden (z. B. MS Office, Projektmanagement
- oder Kollaborationstools)
