We are looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our flagship boutique in Berlin. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience and cultivating strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
Master the art of providing an unparalleled client experience in the luxury retail sector.
Focus on building and nurturing a strong network of clients, fostering long-term relationships, and driving business growth.
Create and manage private appointments and special events to engage customers and enhance their shopping experience.
Utilize your extensive experience in luxury retail (minimum 5 years) to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service in a luxury retail environment.
Strong experience in luxury retail, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Must have an established network of clients in Germany.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
