**About the Role**:
We are looking for a visionary Head of Investor Relations with strong capital markets experience to lead our financial storytelling and build long-term relationships with the investment community.
In this role, you won’t just explain what we do — you’ll pitch why it matters.
You will play a central role in shaping how Circus is perceived by institutional and strategic investors: turning our bold mission, product innovation, and market traction into a compelling investment case. You will work closely with our CFO, CEO and management team to position Circus as one of the most exciting innovation stories in Europe and globally — and attract investors who share our ambition.
This role is designed for an experienced professional from Equity Sales, ECM, Investment Banking, Investor Relations or Equity Research who is ready to take a high-impact leadership position at Circus and help shape how investors see one of Europe’s most ambitious innovation stories.
**Your Daily Business**:
**Strategic Positioning & Market Engagement**
- Own and evolve Circus’s equity story, aligned with our strategic vision
- Identify and engage with targeted investors and financial media
- Represent Circus in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences with clarity and conviction
**Financial Communication & Content Creation**
- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly materials, and social-media updates
- Translate financial and technical topics into clear, compelling communications
- Track investor sentiment and market trends to sharpen our messaging
**Internal Collaboration & Function Building**
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Strategy to ensure consistent external communication
- Build and scale the Investor Relations function as our market presence grows
**Base Qualifications**:
- Several years of relevant capital markets experience, ideally in Equity Sales, ECM, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, or Equity Research
- Proven ability to engage credibly with institutional investors and financial media
- Outstanding communication skills — strong writing, confident presenting, and social-media affinity
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich (preferred), Berlin, or Hamburg
- Energetic, proactive and curious — combining senior expertise with a dynamic, forward-looking mindset
