ASPIVIX is a Swiss MedTech company transforming women’s healthcare with next-generation, atraumatic gynecology devices.
Our flagship product, **carevix®**, is the world’s first suction-based cervical stabilizer — _clinically proven to reduce pain by 73% and bleeding by 83%_ during procedures such as IUD insertions, biopsies, and hysteroscopies.
With CE, UKCA, FDA, and ANVISA approvals, carevix® is already used in top institutions including HUG Geneva, Columbia University (NY), Indiana University, and Cemicamp (Brazil).
We are now expanding in **Germany** — and we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on **Clinical Sales Specialist** to help us lead this change.
**Your Mission**
As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between Aspivix, clinicians, and our distribution partners in Germany.
You’ll drive adoption of carevix® through education, training, and clinical engagement — while supporting the sales growth of our local partners.
**Your Responsibilities**
**Sales Enablement & Growth**
- Support and drive sales through clinical demonstrations, presentations, and online trainings.
- Collaborate closely with distributors and partners to align sales activities and ensure consistent market positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
**Clinical Education & Training**
- Deliver remote (and occasional in-person) trainings to gynecologists, nurses, and distributor teams.
- Develop impactful training materials and educational content for partners.
- Share best practices and ensure the highest level of clinical satisfaction.
**Customer Engagement & Market Adoption**
- Present clinical evidence and publications supporting carevix®’s benefits.
- Participate in medical congresses, events, and online symposiums.
- Support post-market data collection and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
**Market Feedback & Strategic Input**
- Collect field insights and communicate customer feedback to the Product Management team.
- Contribute to the evolution of sales and training programs.
**You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have**
- A degree in Medicine, Midwifery, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or similar medical background.
- **2+ years of clinical experience**, ideally involving IUD insertion, reproductive health, or gynecological procedures.
- **Experience in sales or clinical support**, preferably in women’s health or medical devices.
- **Fluent German** and **strong English** communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- A proactive, results-driven mindset — and passion for improving women’s healthcare.
- Based in **Germany**, with willingness to travel (training, events).
- Experience working with **scale-up**or small companies, contributing to field clinical support operations.
