Travel: ~1 week/quarter to clinical sites in US & EU (Mary Washington, UCSD, Cleveland Clinic) Language: English (fluent)

XENA is building the intelligence layer for surgery, transforming MRI into AI-powered 3D surgical workflows that support teams from disease detection through planning and intraoperative execution.
Our AI identifies disease, reconstructs high-fidelity 3D anatomy, enables surgical planning and collaboration, and supports real-time guidance during surgery.
More than 70% of our partner institutions are top-20 US academic medical centers , including UCSD and Mary Washington, with expanding collaborations across the United States.
As the Clinical Research & Partnerships Associate , you will support clinical pilots, coordinate with hospitals, assist with study readiness and IRB processes (with guidance from internal MDs/PhDs), track endpoints and data collection, and contribute to scientific outputs with XENA’s clinical advisors.
You will work closely with surgeons, PhDs, and partner institutions to ensure clinical collaborations run smoothly, generate high-quality data, and produce real evidence for our AI models.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical execution, research coordination, and institutional relationship management.
This is an early-career, high-visibility role with regular travel to world-class US academic medical centers.
