Field Support Scientist

A fast-growing global medical technology company is redefining how diagnostics are performed in clinical laboratories. Through the application of advanced imaging and AI-driven solutions, their platform enables high-resolution digital review of samples, improving diagnostic efficiency, accuracy, and overall laboratory workflow.
This position bridges science, technology, and clinical practice, helping laboratories integrate advanced AI powered digital solutions that replace traditional manual workflows. You will work across pre-sales, installation, training, and ongoing customer support, collaborating closely with commercial, technical, and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Conduct on site and virtual user training sessions, workshops, and validation support
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Provide expert pre and post sales technical support
Partner with laboratories to optimise digital workflow adoption and ROI
Gather user insights and performance data to help shape product improvements
Sales Support
Support demonstrations at conferences, trade shows, and customer sites
German speaking required
Minimum two years of experience in a haematology or clinical laboratory environment (certification to work in a haematology lab)
Hands on experience with blood smears, bone marrow analysis, or cell morphology
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident leading training and supporting customers
