**Start** **ASAP** **Duration** **> 12 months** For our client in the public sector, we are looking for a **System Administrator - Nationwide (M/F/d)** to start as soon as possible. The project is part of the overarching **IT Consolidation**, a large cross-departmental project aimed at modernizing and standardizing the client’s IT infrastructure. The goal is to **merge server-side IT solutions** onto a central operating platform. The weekly working hours are 40, with partial remote work allowed (1 day per week remote possible, remainder onsite). The assignment duration is 12 months, with an option for direct employment by our client. **Start**: ASAP (12 months duration, with option for direct employment by our client) **Remote Work**: 1 day per week possible (no onsite requirement) (remainder onsite) **Sector**: Public Sector **Locations**: Positions available for multiple locations -> Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Nuremberg, etc. **Contract Type**: Temporary Employment **Contract Duration**: 12 months (with option for direct employment by our client) **Vacation**: 30 days per year **Your Responsibilities**: - ** Migration & Integration** - Support in the migration of IT systems to central federal platforms - Preparation and implementation of technical adjustments - ** Operation & Maintenance** - Maintenance of servers and systems on the federal operating platform (BP Bund) - Error analysis, troubleshooting, patch management - ** Security Management** - Implementation of IT security regulations (e.g., BSI standards) - Working with security-critical software (e.g., SINA Identification software) - Adherence to requirements for VS-NfD systems - ** Documentation & Standardization** - Maintenance of technical documentation - Implementation of IT standards and operational guidelines of the federal government - ** Collaboration with Authorities** - Technical support for agency employees - Participation in project coordination and collaboration with departments **Your Skills**: **Role**: IT System Administrator (Junior to Mid-Level)**Linux Administration**- Experience with **SINA Identification Software** (security software)- Basic knowledge of networks, user management, IT support- Experience in a **government environment** (Nice to have)**Security Clearance SÜ2** required / willingness to undergo clearance Contact Person at emagine: **Mr. Aman Karvandian-Esfahani** Phone: +49 (0) 89 - 340 819 - 36 **Your emagine Team
