Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as system backups, software updates, and security patches.
- Work with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT-related activities, including system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business operations.
- Understand and focus on maintaining our IT security

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Ideally you have successfully completed training as an IT specialist or in the field of system integration and have already been able to get a taste of IT administration and first level support.
- You have gained initial experience in heterogeneous IT environments, in user support and are ideally familiar with a programming language
- In addition to general IT know-how and setting up networks (VLAN, VPN), you are familiar with the administration of Windows and OSX systems (software installation, hardware maintenance)
- You describe yourself as reliable and motivated and can easily juggle several huts at the same time
- You enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment and your curiosity and pragmatism help you to master even unforeseen situations
