Marketing Support Specialist

Currently we are seeking for our Product Marketing Department a Marketing Support Specialist (M/F/d) limited for 1 year - possible to be extended.
Aufgaben
- You coordinate launch related activities and liaise with relevant departments (i.e. Product Marketing, Service, Supply Chain Management, Export Control)
- You initiate part creation in SAP and administer required product data for a specific product line
- You coordinate & perform SAP data cleansing activities to ensure Master Data Governance based on defined Quality indicators
- You ensure effective and efficient distribution of launch and discontinuation information
- You maintain and document product related data and documents in relevant databases (e.g. quotation texts translation database, SharePoint and other databasess)
- You support regional headquarters functions (Sales & Marketing) as well as local sales organizations with product life cycle related tasks
- You take ownership of product lifecycle related processes by driving reviews and update/develop SOP’s
- You identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness for product launch activities
Qualifikation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Technical discipline (engineering)
- Min. 2 years of experience in a marketing, operations or sales role, ideally including product launch activities/coordination
- Experience with data management
- Experience in working with SAP advantageous
- Profound know-how in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and solution orientation
