DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Exclusive Networks is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of multi-vendor marketing campaigns across the UK&I region. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong grasp of marketing operations, campaign logistics, and performance reporting.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple vendor partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely stakeholder coordination.

• ​Manage and optimise marketing operations, including CRM workflows, email automation, lead nurturing programs, and internal CMS tools.

• Develop and deliver creative assets such as banners, social media graphics, email headers, and event collateral, ensuring brand and vendor compliance.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI, with insights to improve future campaigns.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, design, and vendor teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead follow-up.

• Support marketing reviews and internal communication, contributing to quarterly and annual performance updates and sharing best practices across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Marketing Operations Specialist :

• Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for creative asset production.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing operations and campaign management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in the IT or cybersecurity channel.
• HubSpot experience (e.g., Marketing Software, Email Marketing).
