Become part of a world-class team and help us bring the world closer together - one scan at a time. **Job Description**: **Your mission...** A day in the life of_ _**Sales FP&A Controller (M/F/d)** with ProGlove will be mostly_ _about_ _being a strong link between Finance and Sales, helping us achieve our Topline targets. You will provide the company with decision-making support by sharing financial insights and modeling our revenue given different hypotheses and scenarios. We’re dedicated to finding someone who is passionate about data and curious to see what lies beneath it. Ideally, you are interested in solving and communicating complex problems clearly and you aspire to have ownership of data from end to end. Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics - Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making - Take over responsibility for financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling - Prepare and analyze financial reports and presentations for senior management and investors - Work with Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau to analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and insights - Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations - Continuously improve financial processes and systems **Qualifications**: At ProGlove we value desire to grow, curiosity to try something different and passion for prototyping just as much as we value technical expertise; maybe even more. Overall, this is what we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a strong growth environment - Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Previous experience in data modelling and any version of SQL, dbt is a plus - Business fluent in English, both written and verbally, German is a bonus **And you will fit perfectly if you have...** - Experience with fivetran, Snowflake, Git or Tableau - Experience using SAP ByDesign - Abilitiy to navigate Excel at an intermediate level Additional Information **Why ProGlove?** At ProGlove, we believe that the future of work is wearable.
