**Financial Controller / Senior FP&A (M/F/x)**: Immediate superior: CFO Germany **Job description**: - You prepare financial reports (group level, company, profit centre) and financial performance of centres - You create presentations, dashboards and review financial reports for various management meetings - You analyse financial data, trends and KPIs and implement countermeasures to achieve targets - You prepare and control of the annual strategic planning including budget planning and financial forecasts - You take over liquidity management together with the Group Treasury department - You play an active role in M&A operations in collaboration with Group team and local Comex members - You further develop the integrated controlling systems with relevant KPIs - You develop plans for financial growth - You support the tracking and optimisation of subsidies **Your profile**: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting or equivalent and 5+ years of proven experience in FP&A / financial controlling - You have financial modelling/ Excel skills (including but not limited Power BI, VBA or Macro Skills) and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint - You bring good presentation and communication skills, fluent business English and German B2 or better - You are pragmatic and able to solve new and complex problems with agility and speed - You have a structured way of working and excellent interpersonal skills - You are proficient in accounting/controlling systems i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or BOARD - You bring proven analytical and critical thinking skills **Our offer**: - Permanent employment with attractive remuneration and 30 days holiday + 2 days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve - Modern equipped workplace including latest generation laptop and a mobile phone - Subsidy for travel costs for the daily journey between home and workplace - Our office is located in the heart of Munich, at Sendlinger Tor, you can also work in a hybrid way by arrangement - Low hierarchies and the possibility to really make an impact - Excellent development possibilities for gifted talents - Diverse and exciting tasks as well as an effective role in a growth-oriented environment - Unique team spirit and welcoming corporate culture **About Babilou Family Deutschland**: At Babilou Family we are convinced that the best possible, sustainable education for children leads to a better world for all of us.
